Using Other Options

In this section we will analyze some other methods using which we can promote our Affiliate Link, Website or any other product over the Internet, without essentially investing.

PPC programs has the benefit that we can get instant traffic / visitors on to our link or website. However, they charge us a little for the service they provide us. And they charge only when the visitor enters our link or website. But if you are not comfortable with spending on the same at this moment, over here in this section I am providing you some alternate options. You will not get visitors as quickly as it was possible with PPC Programs, but still these options can not be ignored.

Please Note: This section is beyond the scope of our study. What we are dealing with is only Affiliate Work & Implementing the same via PPC Programs. Though we are going to provide you with various alternatives, but there can be situations where a particular merchant or APP does not allow promotion via one or more methods described in this section.  Please keep this thing in mind, and in case of further clarification, contact your APP directly.

For ex, CJ has listed a Code of Conduct for all it's members. You can check the same from the link http://www.cj.com/code_of_conduct.html . Each APP has a different set of policies.

Just a Note: It becomes easier to promote with "Other Options" if you have made a website as we described in the section "Website or Not?". But it is not mandatory

I will discuss the options in very brief as a lot of information on this is already available on Google Search

Promotion Method 1: Using E-Mail Marketing

We all know what does it mean. However, never send unsolicited emails. If you are promoting a link taken from CJ, use text link in email marketing & not keyword link. You can use banner link, but still I prefer Text Link. You will be needing an email database & a web tool to send the emails automatically. Try Google Search for "Email Marketing". You will get a lot of resources & Free Offers on the same.

Promotion Method 2: Using Free Search Engine Submission

If you have made a website with a Affiliate link in the same, you can submit the same for Free onto various Search Engines. A lot of free tools and information on this topic is available on net. One such good website is http://www.submitexpress.com/submit.html  .
 

Promotion Method 3: Using Online Communities / Forums

Online Communities, Forums, social networking websites are another good medium. You can directly promote your Affiliate links. But see to it that you put the links into categories that are appropriate to your Product category.

Promotion Method 4: Link Sharing

Link sharing is another good option if you have made a website with good in quality and content. Google Search will give you more info on this.

Promotion Method 5: More Other Methods

Try Google Search. Tons of information is available over there regarding Free Promotion on Internet. I could have written things over here, but then explaining everything is just not possible. You can easily get the one that is suited to your need.
