Why I have included this section when it is not mandatory to have a website?

Yes I know that it is NOT mandatory to have a website, but during the process of your work, in future I don't want YOU to say that, "It would have been better and easier to manage the work, if I had made a website in the beginning". And at that time, the blame will come on me.

I will tell you the benefits you can have with a website, especially for those who are considering Online Jobs as a long term revenue source. But at the end it is your decision to go for a website or not.

The owner (Mr. X) of this website has thought intelligently. Mr. X has made a small review website and is giving free reviews on a particular online product called "autoresponder". But then what is his gain by giving reviews for free? Here lies the catch. The 5 images that you can see below the Company header are not simple images that will link to the respective websites. These are affiliate links. Now you got the point? Yes, if a person is looking for purchasing autoresponder he will definitely look for reviews and would want to see a comparison. On this particular website, he gets the comparison and as and when he clicks on any of the images (which are in fact Banner Affiliate Links) the merchant website opens. If he takes service from that particular website, Mr. X get the commission.

I hope you understand the benefit of having a website over here. It is more easy to maintain data, and at the same time promote multiple Affiliate links from one single page. And all you need to promote is only one single link, i.e. the name of your website. like http://www.thirdpartyautoresponder.com/ that Mr. X is promoting. A proper planning in the beginning can save a lot of time in future.

IMP: The above example is only for demo / illustration purpose. It is not necessary that you too make a review type of website. You can even make a site on one particular category and promote a  single merchant from the same. In future if that merchant is not giving you desired result, simply replace it with a new merchant in your website. This way, you will be saved from changing all the promotional links that you have placed at various locations on Internet (because you have placed link of your website on various places on Internet & not directly of merchant) and still you are able to promote a new merchant from the same category. I hope you have understood this imp point. If not, please read it again.
